The Dancer, Part 1 of the photography trilogy titled EMRÂ ISLEK : SUBLIMINAL, is an interdisciplinary performance that embodies photography, dance and live music. Drawing references from the Jungian process of individuation, The Dancer, explores the complexity of a woman’s journey through her subconscious, with a series of projected and printed images that represents the incarnation of her psyche.
